Our Leadership Team
Krystal Pate, President
Krystal has been with Southern Crescent Personnel since 1992. Starting as a vice president in 1994, she became president of the company in 2003. A hands-on leader, Krystal oversees the daily activities at Southern Crescent Personnel, including recruiting, accounting and marketing. She manages and develops new market initiatives, leads communication strategies and coordinates strategic planning.
Krystal is very involved with the community and is a board member of the Clayton County Chamber of Commerce, the United Way and Arts Clayton, as well as a cabinet member at the March of Dimes and member of TEC International. She has CTS and CSP certifications and is a 2006 graduate of the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
